Story

In the beginning, there is only energy; from this come all transformation. These energies exist in the furthest regions of the sub-concisions, forgotten memories of our pasts that have faded away from our minds. The energy from these thoughts manifests its-self to form worlds that base their knowledge around the conditions from what that emotion is. Hence, happy and peaceful thoughts breed worlds where those are the only known feelings. All of these worlds exist in an orbit less space, occasionally colliding like atoms with other worlds.  Two infant worlds colliding yields somewhat unexpected results, as new feelings are introduced into the lives of both of the worlds inhabitants. In some cases, they assimilate with each other and learn how to co-exist. Other times, the energies are of such different extremes that the two worlds will engage each other in war to rid their lands of the intruders that seek to spoil the purity of what they stand for. This is the story of one of those times.

The Energy of Saga, The land of the Nuus

Once upon a dream, an energy known as Saga was born. An energy of water, she created Four Guardians of infinite life and gave them her power, but with a great purpose.  “I will not last forever,” said Saga to its newly created offspring. Understanding their solemn purpose, the Four Guardians asked Saga “What is your will mother?” Saga replied to them “I have created you to preserve my own likeness.   Sculpt my form into a world for your selves,” said Saga. “I will give myself to become your land and sky, your water and air, your life and your kingdom.” With that, the Four Guardians did just what Saga had told them to do, and created a world fueled by her waters.   They created a massive land filled with lush fields, massive vegetation and a clear blue sky to reflect Saga’s beautiful waters.   When the four figures had finished their task, the Saga spoke to them for the last time. “I thank you my children” She said “We have worked in unison to create a land for our offspring. Come, let us rest.” And with that, Saga took the guardians into her pools and put them to sleep. Looking at the surface, Saga used the last of her powers to create the first being; a single flower which she called Tilapia. “Behold my daughter” she proclaimed “I give you a world in which to tend. Make it beautiful; make it just, for I have reached the limits of my power.” With that, she bestowed the beautiful flower with the power of the earth.

Using her infant powers, Tilapia created her first life form; the Tree of life. “You will light the way” she exclaimed. “Your roots are one with the energy of Saga; use her power to create her offspring.” And with that, the tree was plant and created two children: a boy named Drifter and a girl named Ponderer. “You are the first, son and daughter of Saga” said Tilapia “This is your planet to inhabit, your domain to teach, your haven for life.” With that, the two children set out with Tilapia, mother to the surface world and spread vegetation throughout the lands.  Drifter and Ponderer later became the teachers of the Sequa’s, a group of parental figures that uphold the boundaries for the true children of Saga: the Nuus. And with that, the vision of the creating water emotion Saga had come to be. She had created a world of the children, a land of the plants, a place without time or consequence, the land of childhood.

The Energy of Skadi, The Eye of Thiazi, The land of Nightmere

This is the story of Nightmere, a world that relies on assimilating its-self with the energies of other worlds to stay alive. Because if has collected so many energies and assimilated with so many other beings, the world has become distorted, meshing together many beings into collective bodies with a unified conciseness. Any creature from this land bears a horrific essence, giving their world the title of “A Nightmare”. However, within their gruesome appearance, the beings of this world possess a large bank of intelligence and history. They possess the answers to almost anything, yet seek the ability of how one can reach the level of the not-self; where one becomes a pure piece of energy. (in essence, a god) The beginning of this world started with two entities that collided, the energy of Skadi and the fires of Thiazi. Skadi was a world of skies, one of a vastness so great that the mother goddess was unable to fill with land.   She exhausted herself trying to create things to fill the space and became ill.   The energy of Thiazi was much different; a land of fire overseen my Thiazi’s giant eye. This world had an immense power within it that when the two worlds collided; the union seemed to fit like a glove.  Thanzi healed Skadi’s power illness and gave her the land she so desperately sought for her kin. Their intelligence also merged in to the beginning of a core conciseness for both of the worlds.   What one knew, the other knew. Over time, Thiazi’s fire began running out of fuel. The vastness of the sky could not produce an element that could burn in its great fires. Horrified that if Thanzi perished, she would follow, Skadi set out to find fuel. She instead found another world which she absorbed, converting its energy into the fuel needed to maintain the fires. But the energy was not the only element absorbed; the worlds inhabitants and lands where also now a part of Thiazi’s and Skadi’s marriage. Additionally, their collective conciseness grew larger with this new world.  With the best intentions at heart, the mother goddess decided that she would continue to acquire the energy of other worlds in order to aid her husband’s ails to find the knowledge of how to fix their balance.
